Delete Your Data

App: LifeDeskDeveloper: BZOTechLast updated: September 16, 2026

LifeDesk has no user accounts and no developer server. Everything you create is stored only on your device, so you can delete all of it yourself, right away, without contacting us. This page explains how.

Deleting your data is permanent. We don’t keep a copy, so deleted data can’t be recovered. If you want to keep anything, export it first under Profile → Privacy & Data → Download My Data.

Option 1: Delete all data in the app

  1. Open LifeDesk and tap Profile.
  2. Tap Privacy & Data.
  3. Tap Delete All Data and confirm.

This immediately and permanently erases, from your device:

  • all calendar events, reminders, transactions, wallets, budgets, goals, habits, mood entries, shopping lists and MyShop records;
  • all Vault entries, your app lock and your Vault PIN;
  • your profile preferences and in-app points; and
  • the app’s saved sign-in to Google Drive and Google Calendar, if you connected them.

Option 2: Uninstall the app

Uninstalling LifeDesk removes its local database from your device.

  • iPhone: Touch and hold the LifeDesk icon, then tap Remove App → Delete App.
  • Android: Open Settings → Apps → LifeDesk → Uninstall.

Note: On Android, if your phone’s own Google backup is turned on, the system may restore app data when you reinstall LifeDesk. To avoid this, use Option 1 before uninstalling.

Remove data stored with Google (optional features)

If you turned on the optional Google features, a copy of some data may be stored in your own Google account. BZOTech can’t access it, but you can remove it at any time:

  • Google Drive backup: On a computer, open Google Drive Settings, select Manage apps, find LifeDesk, click Options and choose Delete hidden app data.
  • Google Calendar: Events that were synced stay in your Google Calendar. You can delete them in Google Calendar.
  • Remove LifeDesk’s access: Go to myaccount.google.com/connections, select LifeDesk and remove its access.

Advertising data

Google AdMob may process your device’s advertising ID to serve ads. BZOTech does not receive or store it. To reset or delete it:

  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (or Settings → Security & privacy → Ads).
  • iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, then turn off tracking for LifeDesk.

For more on how Google handles advertising data, see Google’s Privacy Policy.

What we keep

Nothing. BZOTech doesn’t collect or keep any of your personal data or app content, so there is no data held by us to delete and no retention period.

If you email our support team, we keep your message only as long as we need it to answer you. You can ask us to delete that email at any time.
