LifeDesk has no user accounts and no developer server. Everything you create is stored only on your device, so you can delete all of it yourself, right away, without contacting us. This page explains how.
Option 1: Delete all data in the app
- Open LifeDesk and tap Profile.
- Tap Privacy & Data.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
This immediately and permanently erases, from your device:
- your profile and all calendar events, reminders, transactions, wallets, budgets, goals, habits, mood entries, notes (including attached photos and voice recordings), shopping lists and MyShop records (products, customers, orders, stock and posts);
- all Vault entries, the Vault encryption key, your app lock PIN and your Vault PIN;
- your settings, notifications, reward points, and your personal Google Gemini API key if you added one; and
- the app’s saved sign-in to Google Drive and Google Calendar, if you connected them.
Option 2: Uninstall the app
Uninstalling LifeDesk removes its local database from your device.
- iPhone: Touch and hold the LifeDesk icon, then tap Remove App → Delete App.
- Android: Open Settings → Apps → LifeDesk → Uninstall.
Note: On Android, if your phone’s own Google backup is turned on, the system may restore some app data when you reinstall LifeDesk. To avoid this, use Option 1 before uninstalling.
Remove data stored with Google (optional features)
If you turned on the optional Google features, a copy of some data may be stored in your own Google account. BZOTech can’t access it. Deleting data in the app does not delete your Google Drive backup, so remove it yourself if you no longer need it:
- Google Drive backup (a hidden
backup.jsonfile): On a computer, open Google Drive Settings, select Manage apps, find LifeDesk, click Options and choose Delete hidden app data. - Google Calendar: Events that were synced stay in your Google Calendar. You can delete them in Google Calendar.
- Remove LifeDesk’s access: Go to myaccount.google.com/connections, select LifeDesk and remove its access.
AI Assistant data
Messages you send to the AI Assistant are processed by Google’s Gemini API and are not stored on any BZOTech server, so there is nothing for us to delete on that side. If you used your own personal Gemini API key, that key is deleted from your device by Option 1 above; for anything Google itself retains about your API usage, see Google’s Gemini API Additional Terms of Service.
Advertising data
Google AdMob may process your device’s advertising ID to serve ads. BZOTech does not receive or store it. To reset or delete it:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (or Settings → Security & privacy → Ads).
- iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, then turn off tracking for LifeDesk.
For more on how Google handles advertising data, see Google’s Privacy Policy.
What we keep
Nothing. BZOTech doesn’t collect or keep any of your personal data or app content, so there is no data held by us to delete and no retention period.
If you email our support team, we keep your message only as long as we need it to answer you. You can ask us to delete that email at any time.
